Is Instagram Highlights support confirmed?
Support for this link type is still being tested. You can paste a link and ClipFern will try to retrieve available files, but results are not yet confirmed.
What if media cannot be retrieved?
ClipFern shows a clear error rather than empty results. Instagram may hide Highlights from logged-out viewers.
Are Highlights from private accounts supported?
No. Only public content is ever requested.
Troubleshooting
- Highlights link not recognized
- Make sure the link points to a Highlights collection (instagram.com/stories/highlights/...).
- Empty collection
- The owner may have removed items or restricted access.
- Error mentions login
- Instagram is requiring sign-in for that content, so ClipFern cannot access it.
