How to Download Instagram Posts

Steps

1. Copy the Instagram post link.
2. Open the Instagram Post Downloader.
3. Paste and press Download.
4. Save each item.

Copying the link

Tap the paper plane or three dots on the post and choose Copy link. Links with tracking parameters are fine.

Carousels and mixed media

For carousels every slide is listed separately, including video slides, in the order they appear on Instagram. There is no ZIP to extract.
